Refund Policy
Our retreats require extensive planning, venue reservations and significant upfront commitments. To ensure fairness for both our guests and our team, the following refund policy applies to every reservation.
Deposit
A non refundable deposit of €1.000 is required to secure your reservation. Your booking becomes confirmed once the deposit has been received. The deposit forms part of your total retreat investment and will be deducted from your remaining balance.
Cancellations More Than 80 Days Before Arrival
If you choose to cancel your reservation more than 80 days before the retreat start date, your €1.000 deposit remains non refundable. Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. Subject to availability and written approval from RHEIA Retreats, your reservation may also be transferred to another RHEIA Retreat taking place within the same calendar year.
Cancellations Within 80 Days Before Arrival
Within 80 days before the retreat start date, all payments become non refundable and non transferable. No refunds will be issued for illness, personal circumstances, travel disruption, flight cancellations or changes to personal plans. Refunds are also not available for late arrival, early departure or any unused portion of the retreat. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another participant, subject to prior written approval from RHEIA Retreats.
Cancellation by RHEIA
Should RHEIA Retreats be required to cancel or reschedule a retreat, all payments made directly to RHEIA Retreats will be refunded in full. We cannot reimburse flights, accommodation or any other travel related expenses booked independently. We therefore recommend booking flexible travel arrangements and comprehensive travel insurance.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance. Your policy should cover unforeseen circumstances including illness, injury, travel disruption or other events that may prevent you from attending the retreat.
